I tried watching a couple different shows, and random episodes just weren’t there. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to follow a series and suddenly there’s a "gap" for no clear reason. it gets annoying fast.
"Support really should be better for a paid service"
I do enjoy some of the shows on MHz Choice, so this was disappointing. I had a billing question and reached out to customer support, but it took days before I got anything that felt like a real response. When people are paying for a service, I think it’s only fair to treat their questions with a little more urgency.
When they finally replied, the answer felt generic and didn’t actually solve the problem right away, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience I’ve had, but a paid streaming service has a responsibility to do better than that.

"Felt like I wasn’t getting what I paid for"
I really wanted to like it, but the buffering got annoying quickly and trying to find shows felt way more clunky than it should. Support did get back to me eventually, but it kind of felt like my issue wasn’t exactly a priority. For the monthly price, I just couldn’t justify keeping it, so I cancelled.

The video looks clear most of the time, and overall I'm happy with it. There are a few small glitches here and there, but nothing too major for me.

"Felt ignored when the app wouldn’t work"
I tried to use this on my older Roku TV, but the app just wouldn’t run at all. I looked around for help and felt ignored, like there wasn’t much support or clear info for people with older devices. Kind of frustrating.

"Not really worth the monthly cost"
I gave MHz Choice a try for a bit, but it just didn’t feel worth paying for every month. There weren’t enough shows I actually wanted to watch, so I ended up canceling. I also reached out to support at one point and the response felt super copy-pasted, which was frustrating and didn’t really make me feel like sticking around.
"Honestly, the app is frustrating"
I do like some of the shows on there, but wow, the app itself can be really annoying to use. It freezes sometimes, the menus feel kind of clunky, and for some reason it’s way harder than it should be to find where I left off. Casting is also, like, weirdly hit or miss for me. For something I’m paying for, the app definitely needs some work.

"The exclusives didn’t really make it worth it"
I signed up because the international exclusive shows looked interesting, and I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, most of them just didn’t grab me. Browsing around the app felt harder than it should, and the subtitles were off sometimes, which got annoying. I ended up canceling after about a week. Kind of disappointing overall...

"Subtitles kinda ruined it for me"
I signed up mostly because I wanted to watch more foreign shows, and I was excited about it, but the subtitles were just... not good on way too many episodes.
They’d show up late, vanish before I could finish reading, or just not line up with what was happening at all. A few times it felt like some quick auto translate thing, and I kept having to rewind which got annoying fast.
If I can’t actually follow the story then what am I paying for, you know? I cancelled after a few days. The shows might be great, but the subtitles made it too frustrating for me.

"The “Surprise, Maybe?” Release Schedule"
I actually like a bunch of the shows on MHz Choice, but the release schedule is a bit of a circus. New episodes don’t always land when I think they will, and sometimes it feels like the whole thing is run by the Department of Random Drops. It makes it annoying to keep up with a series when you never quite know what’s coming or when. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely enough of a hassle that I’m thinking about pausing my subscription.

"Canceling took about way longer than I expected"
Canceling ended up being more frustrating than I thought it would be. I spent around way too much time trying to get it done, and it just felt more annoying than it needed to be.

"Good stuff to watch, but it doesn’t always not buffer"
I like the shows on here and usually find something good to watch, but the streaming ain’t always smooth. It buffers more than I’d like, and sometimes it cuts out right when I’m getting into something.

"Billing got messed up twice"
I do like the shows, but the billing side has been frustrating. I got charged even though I was sure I had cancelled, and then another charge showed up for an amount that didn’t match what I expected. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a while and I had to chase them up, which doesn’t exactly make me feel confident that they’re on top of things. It’s not the worst experience ever, but for a paid service it feels sloppy, and now I don’t really trust support to sort things out without me constantly checking
